J. Grant Brabham is Senior Vice President at HUB International and Director of Fox Everett, TPCA. He began his career in 2001 with a boutique brokerage, joined Fox Everett in 2005, and expanded his expertise when the firm merged with HUB International in 2014. With over 20 years in employee benefits, he focuses on both fully insured and self-funded markets, specializing in large employers and cost containment strategies. His expertise spans medical, ancillary, and worksite coverage, employer funded and voluntary, and he delivers creative, competitive solutions that drive value for clients.
Jerry A. Butcher (Jay) is Director of Sales Development at HUB International. He began his career with Equitable in Dallas, launched and led the Insurance & Benefits Division at Netchex, and advanced his expertise when he joined HUB/Fox Everett. With over 20 years in employee benefits, he focuses on designing and implementing programs that balance cost control with employee satisfaction. His expertise includes group insurance, executive benefits, and compliance, and he delivers tailored, trusted solutions that strengthen outcomes for clients.
Our Journey
Founded in 1945 as a property and casualty agency in Mississippi, Fox Everett quickly became a trusted name in the industry. To meet client needs, we became Mississippi’s first Third-Party Administrator (TPA) for employee benefits in 1979, offering flexible and custom solutions.
Our growth took off in 2014 when we partnered with HUB International, a leading global insurance and benefits organization. This partnership combined Fox Everett's personalized service with HUB's wide-ranging resources and knowledge.
As a division of HUB International, Fox Everett supports over 24,000 covered lives and processes $150 million in claims each year. With 80 years of experience, we provide scalable, people-focused solutions for mid-market businesses.
