After A Catastrophic Event
Your safety comes first! Tend to your loved ones and find a safe destination. If you are unable to reach your carrier direct or you do not have access to your insurance information, please contact one of our offices so we can assist you. Please note that our office(s) could also be affected by the event, but we will work around the clock to provide the quickest service to you!
You should immediately take action to protect the property and prevent further damage. Take photos if possible, and begin making a list of items damaged or destroyed. If after reporting your claim, you are not satisfied with the service you receive from your adjuster, please contact Fox-Everett, Inc.
If You Receive A Lawsuit
It is very important that you report all lawsuits immediately. Failure to report immediately could jeopardize your case and result in severe penalties.
